Commission: Not a corset, but a victorian bodice

I am looking for someone to make me a victorian bodice.
I know this community is about corsets, but I couldn't find another active community involving victorian things and allowing commission posts.
Besides, a victorian bodice is ment to go over a corset, and the bodice contains bones.
To make things easy, you can use a pattern from trulyvictorian, to be precise: the "1884 French Vest Bodice Pattern" (http://www.trulyvictorian.net/tvxcart/product.php?productid=76&cat=5&page=1, also available on amazon)


I provide my own measurements, which I take while wearing a corset I already own. The bodice should fit tightly over this, naturally.

-I do not have a strict deadline.
-My geographical location is in Europe, but US makers are welcome.
-Proposed budget: I am not sure how much this would cost, I am not looking for super expensive fabrics, for example cheating with interior decorating fabrics is ok
-Sizing: I will provide my own detailed measurements, taken while wearing my own corset. To give an estimate, I have a 36 inch bust, 26 inch waist, but I will provide more detailed measurements.
-The pattern uses internal boning.
